The U.S Capitol building is one the most symbolic buildings in the United States. Other than being a meeting place for the senate and the house of representatives the U.S capitol is a museum of american art history. Anyone visiting the capitol have to obtain tickets during ticket distribution which begins at 9:00am at the capitol guide service kiosk (distribution of tickets are on a first come first served basis). The capitol is open from monday-saturday from 9:00am-4:30pm.
